When we call you back:
3) A Dragonfly Technologies support representative will view your
screen and share control of your mouse and keyboard.
Keep in mind: You are in full control of your computer at all
times. You always have overriding control of your mouse and keyboard,
and you can end the screen-sharing session at any time.
(Remote support services are $2.00 per minute.We accept Visa, MasterCard
and American Express for those we are not already serving.)
